Raw mango coriander chutney



Ingredients:

1/2 large raw mango or 1 small raw mango
2 green chillies
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste

Recipe:

1. Peel and cut mango into small pieces. Wash cilantro thoroughly to wash out any  dirt. 

2. Grind all the ingredients. Add little water as needed.

3. Empty the chutney in a container, add salt. Refrigerate until served. Enjoy tangy, cooling chutney on bread and butter sandwich, with pakoras or samosas.
