Masala poori




Ingredients:

Dough for missi roti (recipe click here)
Oil for frying

Recipe:

1. Roll out missi roti dough into ping pong sized balls for puris.

2. Roll out into small sizes puris.

3. Deep fry in preheated oil. 
**** Caution: The Oil is Boiling hot, keep kids away from the cooking area. The pomegranate seeds may splutter and fly out of the puris. Hence it is recommended to either use dried pomegranate seeds that do not have any water in them or crush them while rolling the puris.*****


4. The puri should fluff up on its own. Fry evenly on both sides.

6. Serve with Punjabi chana masala (recipe here) and enjoy!
