1 bunch fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp pomegrante seeds
1/2 medium onion
1-2 fresh green chilly
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly. Dice onion.
2. Blend all the ingredients to obtain a smooth mixture.
3. Pour into a container, add salt. Refrigerate until use. Enjoy spoonful of minty, tart, chutney with lunch, dinner or as a spread on bread.
