Ingredients:
1 methi leaves bunch
2-3 potatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Peel and dice potatoes, wash and chop methi leaves. Discard the stems they are too fibrous to consume.
2. In preheated oil splutter cumin seeds.
3. Cook potatoes, add turmeric. Cover the pan if necessary.
4. Add methi leaves, add water if needed. Cover with lid.
5. In 3-4 minutes, the methi will be cooked. Mix to avoid sticking on pan bottom. Serve with rotis.
