Ingredients:
1 bunch fenugreek leaves
1-2 green chilly finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger grated
1/2 medium onion finely chopped
2.5-3 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
Recipe:

| 1. Chop off the roots of the bunch. Thoroughly wash the fenugreek (methi) leaves under running water. |

| 2. Separate the leaves and tender stem closer to the top. Do this for all the stems and discard the lower thick stem. |

| 3. Chop the leaves and mix with ginger green chillies and finely chopped onion (optional) and wheat flour to knead the dough. |

| 4. Knead the dough by adding water in small quantity. To knead the dough follow instructions in the link. |

| 5. Take out a small ball of dough and coat with dry flour. Start rolling using rolling pin. |
 |
| 6. Roll out to the size that you are comfortable with. |
 |
| 7. Once the required size is rolled out transfer to the preheated pan. Cook on both sides. |
 |
| 8. Cook till the brown spots appear. |
 |
| 9. Turn upside down now to cook the bottom side. |
 |
| 10. Apply butter and enjoy hot parathas with pickle of your choice and yoghurt! YUMMM! |
