1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch Asafoetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 medium to large sized Indian radish (Daikon)
Salt to taste
Oil for tempering
Recipe:
1. Grate the radish. |
2. To preheated oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida. |
3. Add the grated radish, turmeric, salt and mix. Let it cook covered for about 5-7 minutes with intermittent stirring. |
4. Enjoy the quick, easy and delicious mustardy radish side! |
