Ingredients:
1/2 small bottle gourd
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Pressure cook the bottle gourd.
2. In the mean time prepare the yoghurt. Add black pepper and salt. Mix well.
3. Grate the cooled cooked bottle gourd.
4. Mix the grated gourd with yoghurt.
5. Garnish with freshly roasted and powdered cumin powder and red chilly powder (optional). Serve chilled.
