Finely grated paneer cheese (homemade recipe here)
1/2 finely chopped medium onion
1 Finely chopped green chilly
Finely chopped cilantro leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 inch grated ginger
salt to taste
Wheat dough for parathas (Recipe here)
Recipe:
1. Mix all the ingredients and make small round balls size of the palm.
2. Roll out wheat dough and place the paneer stuffing in the center.
3. Stuffing as follows, and then fold over from all sides to evenly cover the mixture.
4.Once the stuffed dough ball is ready, smear with dry dough on all sides and roll out into paratha.
5. Cook on preheated tawa on both sides. Generously apply either home made ghee or butter and cook evenly by pressing the corners of the paratha using a flat spoon. Enjoy with your choice of pickle and yoghurt.
