Spring onion soup

Ingredients:
1 bunch green onions washed and chopped
1 potato peeled and diced 
2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Roasted cumin powder
Extra virgin olive oil

Recipe:
1. Chop the green onions, garlic and potato.

2. To preheated pan, add olive oil and stir in garlic. 

3. When garlic turns brown, add in the potatoes.

4. Add the spring onions, salt, pepper. 

5. Cooked covered with lid for about 5-7 mins add water for a desired soup consistency. 

6. Smoothen with hand blender or with potato masher. Serve hot topped with butter and powdered cumin powder.
