Gram flour pancake (besan ka pudda)





Ingredients: 
1-2 cup gram flour (besan) (Makes 2-3 pancakes depending on big or small you like)
1/2 medium onion finely chopped
1/2 finely chopped tomato
1 green chilly chopped
Cilantro leaves finely chopped
1 tblsp grated ginger
1 tsp carrom seeds (Ajwain)
salt to taste

Recipe:

1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, ginger.

2. Add a cup of gram flour (besan) to the chopped veggies. Add chopped green chilly (optional). Add carom seeds (Ajwain), salt to taste.
3. Add water to form a batter of pancake consistency.
4. Pour 1-2 ladle full of the batter on a preheated pan. Add butter or oil to cook the pancake evenly.
5. Cook on both sides like you do for egg omelet.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup or sweet spicy apple mango chutney. Enjoy!
