Bhatura bread



Ingredients:
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Water to make the dough
Oil for deep frying

Recipe: 

1. To the all purpose flour add yoghurt. 


2. Add baking soda 

3. Add baking powder.

4. Add salt.

5. Prepare a dough by mixing all the ingredients and add small amounts of water. 

6. Let the dough sit for 2-3 hours. 

7. Make small ping pong ball sized dough balls and roll them out. 


8. Deep fry in preheated oil and serve hot with Chana masala or Amritsari chhole
