Cabbage stuffed parathe

Ingredients:
Cabbage cooked as in the recipe here
Wheat flour dough for roti/ bread as in the recipe here

Recipe:
1. Make two ping pong sized dough balls and roll them.


2. Mash the cabbage side with potato masher or using your hands. 


3. Roll out the rotis. 


4. Place a handful of mixture in the center of one tortilla. Spread it out by pressing gently by fingers. Place the other rolled tortilla on the top. 

5. Roll the two tortillas with the cabbage stuffed in between. 


6. Cook on both sides using the pre heated pan or tawa. 

7. Pour ghee/oil for crispyness. 

8. Enjoy the parathas with your choice of pickle as in the pickle section of my blog or yoghurt or topped with butter.
