Dandelion greens






Ingredients:
1 bunch of dandelion greens
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 garlic and 1/2 inch ginger chopped
1-2 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
1 precooked chopped medium potato 
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Oil for cooking
salt to taste

Recipe: 

1. In preheated oil splutter cumin seeds, then add chopped garlic and onions.


2. Add chopped dandelion leaves, pomegranate seeds, salt, turmeric powder. 

3. After 1-2 minutes add chopped potatoes. Cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add water as needed. 

4. Enjoy the healthy vegetable with your meal.
