Ingredients:
1 bunch mint leaves
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
1/2 onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1-2 green chillies
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Thoroughly wash the mint leaves and the cilantro leaves.
2. Blend all the ingredients, add small quantity of water as needed.
3. Empty into a container, add salt and squeeze lemon juice.Mix and serve with appetizers or spoonful with meals. Store in refrigerator.
