Mixed veggie with tofu



Ingredients:
Chopped mixed vegetables of choice
1 pack Cubed organic tofu for stir fry
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (optional)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1chopped fresh green chilly
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for tempering

Recipe:
1. To preheated oil splutter cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, chilly.

3. Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.

4. Add washed and cubed tofu. Add water as needed and cook covered for 10-12 minutes on medium heat. Stir intermittently for even cooking.

5. Serve warm.
