Veggie dumpling roll



Ingredients:
1-2 grated carrots
1/2 cup grated cabbage
2-3 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
1tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1-2 tbsp ginger paste
Salt to taste
Water for steam cooking
Thin egg roll wrappers

Recipe:
1. Grate all vegetables as per your choice. 

2. Spread one egg roll wrapper on cutting board and place a spoonful of veggie mixture little inside of a corner.

3. Now wrap the wrapper around the mixture as in the Paneer roll recipe for all the rolls. Cover with moist paper towel to avoid drying out of the outer wraps.

4. To preheated oil add the rolls and cook them on both sides to get crispy brown tops.

5. Add water and cover with lid. Cook for about 7-10 minutes till all the water dries out and the rolls are evenly cooked.


6. Dry out the extra water onto paper towel.

7. Serve hot with spicy sauce and soy sauce.
