Ingredients:
1 bunch of spring onions and greens
2-3 sweet potato
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 fresh green chilly (optional)
Oil for tempering
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Grate sweet potato and chop spring onions.
2. To heated oil add cumin seeds to splutter and then add chopped garlic, turmeric, pinch asafoetida.
3. Add the grated sweet potato, and spring onions.
4. Cook covered till it softens. Add salt to taste and serve warm with your meal.
